Java & Pop-Up Blockers

Q: What should I do if I get an error or warning message on my PC?

A: It is unlikely that you will encounter any error messages when viewing this site including those in relation to Java™ applets and Pop-Up windows.

However if you should then all you need to do is to agree to them and if prompted by the message always say yes when asked to proceed otherwise you will not be able to take full advantage of this site's availability.

I do load error messages personally, this will mainly be on the Music Links page where links don't seem to be working but have been known to do so before. This serves the purpose of keeping you informed in such circumstances.

i: These error messages will vary from operating system and the intensity of your systems security & browser settings. If you have any major problems then set your security settings to Medium / Low. No code on this site will compromise or harm your computer in any way.

How To Send An SMS Message

Q: How can I send an SMS message, will it work and will you reply?

A: You are able to send an SMS message to me in the same way that you may already send them to friends and family. It is very easy and all you need to do is enter my special SMS mobile number - +44 7892 930203. Including the +44 allows you to send the SMS to me in the UK from anywhere else in the world.

Any SMS messages I receive will be replied to by either an SMS message back to the number that sent the message or by Email if you have specified one. If you would like to indicate you preference then please include this in your message.

i: Remember to keep your SMS message shorter than 160 characters other wise you may not be able to send the message to me, or you will be charged for more than one message by your service provider.

For more information in relation to SMS charges see the Contact Me page or consult your Network SMS service provider.
